The Ways Of God
Not by power, nor by might
But with the burden that is light
Now to rest, found through trust
In His grace and in His love
His thoughts above the thoughts of man
And yet a child can understand
He motivates by love alone
Fear dispelled, in Christ, we're home
On His grace I do depend
Mere self-effort is not my friend
It’s Christ in me, my hope and trust
His work alone, from first to last
So worry not, in peace abide
With Christ forever by my side
And on His strength I can rely
Here to help, build-up, and guide
Oh how I love the ways of God
The peace, the joy, the life, the love
And with the world I will not strive
But find my rest in the grace of Christ
